Gravion Agrosciences (“Gravion”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through our coming-soon page, why, and what your rights are under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect

• Your name.
• Your mobile number.
• Your district (or state and district, if you choose “Other”).
• The time of sign-up, the page address you signed up from, and basic technical information (browser type) used to prevent spam.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you on the number you provided about the launch of Gravion and early access to our products. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

Your consent

We collect this information only after you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time as described below; withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

Who can see it

Your details are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and the site is hosted on Vercel; both act as service providers that process data on our behalf. Access is limited to authorised Gravion team members. We do not share it with advertisers or third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

Until the launch communications are complete or you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. Email us from any address and mention the mobile number concerned, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
